Job Description:

The Recruitment Coordinator works with all staff members in a variety of roles, providing recruitment support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing resumes in the applicant tracking system
  • Screen and Pre-qualifying candidates
  • Scheduling interviews, travel arrangements and updating hiring managers
  • Working with IT and Corporate support for hiring in many office locations
  • Conducting reference checks and new hire paperwork
  • Planning, preparing and attending College Career Fairs
  • Posting job openings on Job Boards
  • Helping with EEOC, AAP and other HR functions

 

Qualifications
  • Engineering recruitment required
  • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment environment
  • Relevant coursework, AA degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Linkedin
  • Attention to detail with good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with HR generalist knowledge
