The Customer Business Manager (CBM) is accountable for overall customer performance vs. plan (AOP delivery), revenue and margin. This role will also be responsible for customer satisfaction and delivering on customer-supplier scorecard metrics.Position Responsibilities:Has ownership of the day to day customer relationship and is a gatekeeper for retailersSells the NxtgenManagers value proposition proactively and provides linkage to customer strategyAccountable for accurate demand planning and link to commercial planningHas accountability to deliver on the AOP plan and provides key input to customer AOP planExecutes sales initiatives of the division as communicated by the Sales VPEnhances and grows profitability of the customer P&LDevelops whitespace opportunity and sells in new itemsClearly defines and communicates customer requests to organization, sharing potential impact to customersAnalyze customer data/BI/Unify to drive customer resultsExecution of MAPS/4PsDevelop and execute customer trade spend strategyProvide strategic/financial recommendations for bids, trade management and total customer growthResponsible for working with and utilizing the Associate Customer Business Manager (ACBM) and brokers to full potentialBid strategy and execution that has the best interest for the customer as well as TreeHouse FoodsAligns with ACBM to create and enter PPM, and ensures customer expectations are clearly defined in PPMInfluences customer-supplier scorecard metrics as well as internal and external messagingQualifications and Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of business experience in sales or related fieldExcellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills and effective relationship building skillsExcellent business analytical skills - use of data to drive product and pricing strategies, and their impact to production forecastsSolid financial acumen -Strong customer interaction and negotiation skill capabilitiesStrong project management skills demonstrated problem solving ability, skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects; effectively track project progress, communicate project status to stakeholders at varying level of the organization and demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion on time and within budgetStrong cross-functional and team coordination skillsCreative problem solution abilities; ability to be resourceful to improve long-term customer relationshipsCapable of building strong internal and external relationships to achieve desired customer outcomesBroker or Key Account Management experience with large or multiple accounts; ability to influence third party partners to achieve profitable resultsCategory Leadership experienceAbility to transform insights and analytics into customized strategic account plans for deliver growthMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePointEducation:Bachelor's Degree Required - Type: Business, Finance or related fieldWorking Conditions:20-60% travel to various THS locations, customer appointments, industry events or other job related functions.Disability AssistanceNxtgenManagers is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and offers opportunities to all job seekers, including those with disabilities.
