Responsibilities:

· Coordinating logistics of projects and events

· Communicate Project and Program updates to clients

· Work closely with Account Execs on NEW Programs

· Information gathering and dissemination to the account team, operations team and clients.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams

· Establish and monitor Project Timelines

· Help create proposals and contribute to brainstorming

· Performing various administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous project management experience

  • Background in apparel, advertising, marketing, media, or events preferred

  • BA/BS Degree preferred

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Outstanding ability to think both creatively and strategically

  • Minimum 2+years previous work experience in a similar type environment
