Financial Additions has partnered with a growing real estate client in Dallas in search of a Portfolio Accountant.  This role has a great depth of responsibility and offers a great progressive track for growth.  If you are interested please take a moment to review and apply. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
  • 3+ year’ s Real Estate experience required
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, MRI)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professionalism and dedication a must
  • CPA – currently sitting or parts passed

 

 

Responsibilities:

 
  • Work with Management Company on maintaining multiple basis general ledgers for a portfolio of approx. 80+ assets
  • Review monthly reports prepared by Management Company
  • Weekly review of real estate payables
  • Review and finalize annual real estate operating budgets
  • Assist development accountant with projects
  • Quarterly fair value construction projects
  • Quarterly cash flow distributions
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Special Projects
