Major Los Angeles law firm seeks a Help Desk Technician for a long-term temporary assignment expected to last approximately 2 months or more. Qualified candidate will have 1 year of end user support in a legal environment. Selected candidate will provide technical support for network, software, hardware, phones, and peripherals to firm staff and attorneys; troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating as appropriate; and log tickets into the system. Candidates with MCDST, MCSA, MCT or other technical certifications are preferred. Experience with FileSite document management system support and Microsoft Active Directory administration is also preferred. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and on-call rotation needed.
