Roles & Responsibilities

The Electrical Test Engineer will work in a high velocity and dynamic environment with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and will collaborate well with the team. You will contribute through your work products, support other team members, and accept support as one agile team.   • Act as single point of contact for the customer for all Automated Test Equipment (ATE) concept, design, upgrades, testing, maintenance, and deployment
  • Design, fabricate and deploy test equipment to support analog and digital PWBs, electronic controllers, power conversion, and power distribution equipment used in aircraft electrical power generating and distribution systems
  • Generate detailed test requirements, design and fabricate hardware and components for special test purposes, and support production facility for new and existing electronics test equipment
  • Maintain existing ATE with Test Stand
  • Collaborate and gather requirements for ticket tool development and communicate submissions with offshore team
  • Provide support during the breakdown of ATE

Knowledge & Skills

This position is regulated by Export regulations and requires a 'US Person' per these guidelines. A 'US Person' is defined as a United States Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study
  • Four or more years of experience in Aerospace and/or Avionics domain directly related to development/deployment of Automated Test Equipment
  • Expertise with the design of Data Acquisition Systems
  • Expertise with rack-based ATEs and Manual Test Equipment
  • Proficient with Acceptance Test Procedure
  • Proficient with NI LabVIEW
  • Proficient with Production testing
  • Foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principals and electronic components
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
