Job Title: Class A Commercial Property Manager

Job Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Commercial Property Manager Position Description:

Responsible for managing 220, 000 SF of Class A office space (one building in South Natomas 60, 000sf and one in Rancho Cordova 160, 000sf)

Responsibilities of Commercial Property Manager:
  • Handle tenant issues
  • Lease out commercial office space
  • Handle all aspects of bookkeeping which includes A/P, A/R, and collections
  • In charge of making sure all insurance policies are in compliance

Qualifications for Commercial Property Manager:

At least two years experience working as a Class A Commercial Property Manager is required. If you do not have this experience you will not be considered. Your skills will be tested on several measures if selected for final interviews.
  • Knowledge of Yardi or similar software is required
  • Experience handling accounting functions such as A/P, A/R and collections
  • Thorough understanding of Lease Abstracts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Criminal background check required
