Hire Partnership is looking for a Recruiter for our client in Boston, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full- cycle recruiting experience.
· Source resumes, interview candidates, and conduct reference and background checks
· Post open positions and attend recruiting events
· Manage internal recruiting databases
· Assist managers with on-boarding for new hires
· And other duties as needed
· Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent work experience is required
· 3+ years of recruiting experience
· 2-3 years of sourcing experience is required
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Superior oral and written communication skills, especially over email
