Our client, a privately-held national provider of workforce management solutions, is adding an Account Manager to their team. Responsibility for developing new business, growing revenue and providing superior client service. This role involves cold calling, setting client meetings, creating proposals, presenting proposals, landing accounts and providing ongoing client support to ensure the development of solid, long-term client relationships. You will be working in a team environment.

Major Sales Responsibilities:
  • Develop client relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Generate/close job orders
  • Assist Recruiting Team in the identification of prospective contractors
  • Obtain market knowledge of the following: 
    • (  a.)  Information technology projects/staffing needs
    • b)  Current rates for Information Technology
  • Knowledge of:
    • (a)   What We Sell” (service lines)
    • (b)  UBCs (Unique Buying Criteria)
  • Accountability 

  • Bachelor' s Degree
  • Prior sales experience, ideally selling professional services of some type
  • You thrive working in a high pressure, fast paced, metrics driven environment
  • Superior communication (both oral and written), organizational and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship building and follow up skills
  • Consistent track record of success

Aggressive 6 figure base with commission plan.
