Your Role with the Company:

  • This position is instrumental in assisting your customers in the full order life-cycle.  This will include entering in orders, working with various departments including scheduling and shipping, product installations, project scheduling, managing timelines, maintain steady communication with the customers, and resolving any customer issues.

 

Background Profile:

  • Expertise in account management ~ you will be the liaison between the customers and manufacturing
  • 4+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Prefer experience working with commercial construction and/or product installation
  • Exposure working with internal departments to managed customer accounts
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
