Global brokerage firm located in Houston, TX is looking for an experienced Office Manager with strong Quickbooks skills to become an integral part of their dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have experience in a small company environment and enjoy wearing many hats. 

Location: Southwest, Houston

Salary: $50,000-60,000 Depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for office administration to include ordering supplies and managing office expenses
  • Light Bookkeeping including; AP/AR and collections in QuickBooks
  • Handle front desk and answer all incoming calls
  • Customer service to existing and new clients – offering excellent support and service
  • Processing client orders as needed and helping to develop stronger customer relationships
  • Assist team with special projects as needed
  • Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of Office Administrator experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with Quickbooks
  • Strong Customer Service skills, client interaction 
  • Experience in a small office environment
  • Must be a team-player willing to help out in all areas as needed
  • A/P, A/R, light bookkeeping experience preferably in QuickBooks
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
