(Foreign Bank located in Manhattan)
Analyze compliance training needs, develop
training plans and curriculum, and deliver courses in conjunction with the Human Resources Department. S/he will develop and implement the Annual Training Needs Assessment and Training Plan.
The incumbent will consult with departments to assess compliance training needs; execute bank-wide compliance training; track progress against plan; and update curriculum as needed.
S/he will also prepare status reports highlighting training metrics; ensure all training documentation records are up-to-date; and stay abreast of current industry trends.
An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’ s degree; 5+ years banking industry experience in a BSA/AML & OFAC capacity; knowledge of U.S Banking
regulations and compliance practice with strong emphasis on all aspects of BSA, AML and OFAC; excellent communication and leadership skills; and
knowledge of training methodologies. ACAMS are preferred, but not required.
