Job DescriptionWe’re looking for closers. If you love chasing and closing deals, you are the right candidate for us. Direct Marketing Group's Sales Account Executives develop relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and sells to those needs. We’re looking for sales reps who are winners and have a demonstrated track record of meeting or beating sales quotas and then also maintaining and nurturing those client relationships. 
Key Responsibilities• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas• Match DMG's solutions with customer needs• Collaborate effectively with marketing and production teams to be able to drive new business• Proactively become knowledgeable of our industry in order to become a trusted advisor to your clients
REQUIREMENTS• Take ownership of your targets and how to achieve quota• Have the drive to close deals• Experience with quota and commission compensation structure• Ability to confidentially and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEOs & VPs)• Excellent written and verbal communications skills• Highly organized and strong time management skills• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction• Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented
Qualifications• Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business• Consistent over-achievement in past positions• Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills• 1+ years of experience in sales, digital marketing sales experience is a plus.• Proven success closing deals sized at $5K and above to senior management and/or C-level executives• History of over-achieving quotas in competitive markets• Self-motivated with the passion to make large commission bonuses and continue to increase revenue each month.
