Administers full life-cycle recruiting process for Corporate and Field employees throughout the United States with focus on locating and identifying qualified candidates to fill vacant positions in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities
1. Provide input to creation and development of recruitment/retention policies and procedures
2. Work with hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates for corporate and field positions
3. Screen and refer applicants to hiring managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
4. Interview candidates and coordinate interview schedules for all necessary levels of management.
5. Manage, process and maintain all job postings
6. Create various staffing reporting as needed
7. System administrator for Application Tracking System software used for recruiting and onboarding
8. Research, develop and maintain RHP Recruiting Program
9. Track, monitor and report effectiveness of recruiting efforts
10. Create, schedule and administer pre-hire testing materials for job applicants
11. Schedule and administer testing materials for employment candidates
12. Create and develop recruitment materials for employment candidates
13. Act as liaison between managers and staffing agencies whenever the need for temporary employees arises
14. Research and implement various job posting resources to maximize candidate interest and response
15. Prepare for and attend job fairs on behalf of RHP
16. Perform other duties as assigned

• A minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience
• Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources Administration or related field, preferred
• Experience with Kronos Talent Acquisition or other applicant tracking system (ATS) software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
• Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment
