Job Title: Entry Level Tech Support/Chat Agents
Location: N. Dallas, TX
4 weeks of training, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
After training, 6am-10pm availability, 2 days off will probably be during the week. Must be flexible to work any shift, weekends and holidays.
Assisting clients with a new line of business for a major internet provider
Most communication will happen via chat functions
Voice/Contact Center calling may apply
Must have Tech Support or Billing Support experience
Must have High School diploma
