Specific Duties, Tasks and Responsivities: Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting. Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful handoff from estimating to operations and field. Develop accurate bill of material and manage the procurement of all materials and equipment.Research new products, certifications, and manufacturer relationships that can improve our offering to our clients.Collaborate, manage and develop prefabrication processes.Collaborate with design and operations departments.Set clear goals and expectations to foreman. Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns. Estimate and create change orders for assigned projects. Manage all jobs closeout procedures and perform testing, commissioning and training services.Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement. Provide coaching/counseling/training to foreman. Perform site walks, create punch lists and enforce quality of work standards.Coordinate with owner, customer and other contractors to ensue site conditions are ideal for productive installations.Attend owner and customer job site meetings as required in personal vehicle.Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry. Timely respond to customer and company phone calls, emails, text messages and other forms of communication.Maintain project deadlines and company commitments while managing time appropriately.Work directly with clients and project team to develop estimates, proposals, system budgets and manage expectations.Consistently maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity.Work with engineering department to review design documents.Work with other project manager and team members to collaborate on multi system projects.Learn and develop skills to support all Low Voltage Systems designed and installed by ACS.  Qualifications: 5 years successful PM experience Large and complex project experiencePublic Works Experience Prior experience in Audio-Visual estimating Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication Outstanding interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress and deadline-oriented environmentAbility to manage multiple layers of employees on complex multi system integration projectsAble to work with little to no supervision and make responsible, “on the fly” important decisionsAdaptability to changes in schedule, project and company needs
