We are seeking experienced Chef de Cuisine/Kitchen Managers for Public School 310 and Public School 818, our trendy gastro pub restaurants located in Culver City and Sherman Oaks. Chef de Cuisine/Kitchen manager will be responsible for:   ·         Hiring, training, performance management and discipline of kitchen Team Members ·         Managing costs both Food and Labor ·         Managing in house inventory and in restaurant purchasing ·         Ensuring consistency and proper portioning of all good ·         Working with corporate culinary team to develop additional menu items ·         Ensuring kitchen is clean and sanitary and kitchen equipment is up kept and in proper working order   Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or Kitchen and have experience on all stations on the line. Must have exceptional communication and decision-making skills. Must have knowledge of correct portions and positions on plates.   Must be proactive and punctual and possess excellent leadership skills. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
