SummaryThis person will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to his or her assigned account(s). This person will be assigned to the most important accounts related to growth of the company.
Primary Responsibilities Maintain and grow long-lasting customer relationships with accounts via phone calls, emails, visits, etc.;Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to channel needs and objectives to grow sales and meet margin requirements;Generate sales/revenue and increase turns by seeking or participating in promos for discounted/liquidated/new items from information supplied;Identify and grow opportunities with managed accounts maintaining a competitive advantage with content, product, pricing, promos, and reviews;Work with China Team to insure that all active SKUs are submitted for approval for sale with accounts managed;Manage all SKU content (images, verbiage, dimensions, etc.) up to date and accurate for accounts managed;Ensure all SKUs are created within our internal (CMS) system with accurate informationReview the GM report on a monthly basis to make sure there are no significant outliers and you are meeting the company’s goal per account;Managing a product category and presenting once per month on category. Identifying issues and potential opportunities.
RequirementsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in the related field.Familiar with the Ecommerce platforms or tech workCollege DegreeStrong understanding of Microsoft Excel
