Headquartered in Los Angeles, Citizens of Humanity is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to join our Digital & E-Commerce team. You will be responsible for analyzing, reporting and identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales, profitability, marketing spend efficiency, site performance, and overall user experience. You have experience in data analysis, are familiar with eCommerce/digital, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to tackle solve any data-related problem. The position will be responsible for executing the digital analytics for all brands in the Citizens of Humanity family: Citizens of Humanity, AGOLDE, and Goldsign.
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly key metric dashboards to inform key stakeholdersContinually assess sales data from our ecommerce channels to understand product trends and inform purchasing and merchandising decisionsMonitor the health and effectiveness of our social channels and digital content (both paid and organic) by measuring reach, engagement, CAC, and revenueAnalyze Google Analytics data and create events to understand user behavior and provide recommendations to improve user experience and boost lifetime valueMaintain accurate data and efficient operations of our data warehouse and business intelligence tools while acting as the main point-of-contact with both our internal and external partnersDevelop, execute, and analyze on-site multivariate tests alongside the merchant team to improve conversion and salesBuild robust customer segmentations leveraging demographics, psychographics, lifetime value, and shopping behavior
The Ideal CandidateBachelor’s degree required (analytical degree preferred)3+ years of experience in data analysis or digital analytics (retailer or agency)Strong quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to apply logical thought process to problem solvingAbility to analyze, synthesize, and distill large volumes of data down to key takeawaysMust be an expert in Excel Significant experience with Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Omniture/Adobe Analytics, or CoremetricsExperience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, etc) and business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, etc). Fluency with SQL a plus.Understanding of A/B and Multivariate testing techniques and measurementsBasic understanding of retail finance (revenue, gross margin, cost of goods, etc.)Knowledge of key digital marketing KPIs (CACs, LTV, ROAS, etc.) preferred
