ProVantage Corporate Solutions, LLC is a national Retail Services Organization (RSO) specializing in providing retail services such as new store set-up, remodels, and/or merchandising services throughout the United States.We are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to coordinate and administer the company's project teams in the field to ensure successful delivery of each client's needs. The central duty of the Junior Project Manager is to assist the Project Manager and will be on a long-term performance track toward promotion to Project Manager.As a Junior Project Manager, you will develop detailed plans for National retailer projects, including the schedule, the budget, outlining team member duties, project goals, and timeline in collaboration with company and client Project teams. In this role, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as contacting clients and related parties via email and telephone to answer questions and concerns, as well as preparing presentations and entering project documentation. You will be the primary liaison between the client and our field teams providing resources, information and clarification for project goals and progress. You will also gather and document all project success and setback data and report outcomes to all stakeholders, including the client and internal management, with recommendation for future improvement.
