BEN is seeking a Manager, Integration Strategy & Business Development to work with an amazing team, driving the business and opening up a world of possibilities to our top tier roster of clients. This position works with the Strategy and New Business Development team, building relationships and driving new business initiatives. The Manager will accompany the sales team and play a key role securing additional campaigns. The ideal candidate has a thorough knowledge and understanding of production integration. Responsibilities Act as an industry leader within the entertainment landscape Act as the expert on calls with clients, sales presentations and when assisting the Client Development team Promote the success of BEN through long-term goal planning, strategic decision-making, and effective execution Act a key player in the strategic planning and material preparation for new business pitches, and special projects in coordination with the Account Managers and Client Development team Maintain accurate records within the CRM Keen acumen for strategy and the ability to craft and present ideas and drive expertise within a room Share responsibility for meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets Collect and retain information and data on the newest and biggest shows to be used strategically for pitching and helping bridge the gap between clients and the entertainment industry Conduct campaign research to be used as basis information for future campaign pricing Strong knowledge and passion for content on streaming, premium cable, broadcast, etc. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills. 4 -8 years proven experience working within the entertainment industry BA degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field A team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues across different geographies and time zones A keen attention to detail Strong ability to present in groups Ability to think outside the box and problem solve Ability to lead team and drive success Strong computer skills, primarily with PowerPoint Strong presentation, communications and interpersonal skills Self-starter.
