Summary

To copy documents from HTML to Microsoft Word as well as perform excel related work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Help copy around Sharepoint/Infopath forms to MS word template.
  • Recreate any lost formatting while copying.
  • Perform unit testing. Record test results.
  • Help with excel by recreating formulas for sales forecast work.
  • Provide related applications Production support.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience working with MS Office preferably with large excel worksheets with formula.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and initiative – must be proactive and results oriented with a track record for delivering results
  • Highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills: must be able to make timely, professional communications, follow ups etc.
