To copy documents from HTML to Microsoft Word as well as perform excel related work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help copy around Sharepoint/Infopath forms to MS word template.
- Recreate any lost formatting while copying.
- Perform unit testing. Record test results.
- Help with excel by recreating formulas for sales forecast work.
- Provide related applications Production support.
- At least 2 years’ experience working with MS Office preferably with large excel worksheets with formula.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and initiative – must be proactive and results oriented with a track record for delivering results
- Highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills: must be able to make timely, professional communications, follow ups etc.
