The Service Operations Engineer will be responsible for streamlining operation process, analyzing the AI database and reporting in a fast paced dynamic environment.

 Job Duties and Experience:

  • Lead service operations analyst team and processes for complex,very highly scalable distributed systems.
  • Assist in creating the project toolkit (e.g. templates for requirements traceability, test plans, cycles, cases, scripts and standardized reports, such as a root-cause bug report and a test execution progress report).
  • Work closely with cross-functional organizations, project teams and clients to develop project schedules, execute test plans and cases and deliver high quality products.
  • Acting as subject matter expert for our mobile products and interfacing/sharing knowledge with both internal groups (customer support, TPM, PM and developers), as well as external groups (partners integrating with our systems).

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Software development life-cycle processes including handling QA/data analytics/automation for highly agile development.
  • Proficient in metrics and monitoring projects based on these metrics.
  • Experience with highly scalable, distributed and high performance systems.
  • Experience with development of process, test plans and test cases.
  • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

  • Java/HTML/CSS/Javascript/JSON.
  • Agile, Scrum.
  • Perforce, Git, Github.
  • Experience with debugging and analyzing web application logs.
  • Jira, Confluence.
  • Security and PKI.
  • Android device automation tools/libraries such as uiautomator/Robotium/etc.

Education:

  • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
