Responsibilities: Product and Inventory Management

  • Enter and maintain ecomm orders in A2000
  • Liaise with production teams to communicate delivery timelines, including delays and cancellations,to inform e-commerce merchandising and marketing strategy
  • Create and maintain ecomm linesheets in JOOR/NuOrder
  • Manage A2000 e-comm virtual warehouse
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurate and synched between A2000 and Shopify
  • Pull data for ad-hoc reporting
  • Managetransfer and close out requests
  • Execute monthly product launches on Shopify, including:
    • Create products and manage attributes via csv upload
    • Gather product details including fit information, fabrication, care info, etc and ensure accuracy
  • Write SEO-optimized product descriptions
  • Merchandising new product
  • Execute monthly markdowns
  • Merchandising + Marketing Operational Support
  • Re-merchandise products on site to ensure they are presented in a visually compelling manner
  • Operational support for marketing, including:
  • Updated website banners and verbiage
  • Creating and managing discount codes for sales
  • Assist with PR sample requests and influencer gifting pulls
  • Customer Service
  • Interface with customer via phone and email for all customer care inquiries
  • Liaison between customer and warehouse team re: order processing (price adjustments, ordercancellations, etc.)
  • Process ecomm returns using Returnly app
  • Pull data on best sellers, returns, and customer feedback for inclusion in weekly Ecomm/Marketing report
  • Ad hoc reporting on inventory, sell-through, etc
  • Ensure all orders are processed and shipped out within the promised timeframe
  • Assist on ecommerce photoshoots as needed
  • Work with outside web developers to implement site improvements and troubleshoot performance issues


  • 1- 4 years experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience managing Shopify e-commerce sites, preferably in the fashion space
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience A2000, Adobe Creative Suite, and retail math is a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented: position requires data entry
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to perform tasks effectively under minimal supervision
  • Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business.
