Venture Capital backed and expanding Molecular Biotech Diagnostics company is capitalizing on it's success and expanding again! Hiring for a Strategic Business Manager who's primary role will be to acquire new business with a focus on the large clinic acccounts within the California market. Will be working with marketing to implement awareness campaigns, outreach programs, clinical level promotion and case studies supporting conversion strategies.
- Responsible for executing sales to meet or exceed established program sales goals and market share targets within their geographical territory.
- Introduce new clinical technology to large Clinics, Specialisty, OBGYN practices, Specialist, Clinics, and, group practices within the territory
- Implement territory sales strategies, detailing, competitive differentiation, presentation, and post-adoption follow up.
- Will work closely with the Sales Reps and customer service to provide ongoing account growth and world class service.
- Consistently meet established territory sales goals by targeted call points.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5 years sales experience
2 years or more sales within biotech, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry
Documented Track record of consistent quota achievement
Willing to travel over geography including overnight travel
