CEC Entertainment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager, Product Strategy (internally known as Senior Manager, Birthday Strategy) located at our Corporate Support Center in Irving, Texas. 
Reporting to the SVP, Entertainment and Strategic Projects, the Senior Manager, Product Strategy develops and executes digital and operational initiatives to drive awareness and sales growth of Chuck E. Cheese Birthday business. These executions will directly align with business and sales growth goals and objectives.
This position will require an understanding of marketing, pricing and operational strategy in order to market new in-store and online offerings focused around the Birthday business. The position will lead a cross-functional task force containing key product owners from IT, Marketing & Operations. It will be necessary to use and understand a variety of platforms and analytical tools to provide insight into consumer behavior and pricing strategies. Position responsibilities will include decision making that will impact all parts of the buying cycle from media dollar allocation to online reservation user experience all the way through to operational rollout and execution.

Key Responsibilities of the PositionChannel Management: responsible for Online Reservation System, Media/Marketing strategy and Offering rolloutWill lead the organization in sales forecasting and reporting in collaboration with larger teamProduct Rollout: Define, create and execute on new product offerings, package offerings and possible pricing optimizations to drive business forward. Will need to work both creatively and analytically to put together a full product brief.IT Business Lead: will serve as Business lead for IT & Reservation System related projects.Will be important to stay up to date on customer retention platforms and loyalty programs to better drive repeat businessA plus to have familiarity with IT project management & system maintenanceMarketing Strategy: will be responsible for directing guest messaging and working closely with Marketing teams to ensure Website and Advertising messaging is consistent with Birthday Offering.Be familiar with Marketing Analytics and have an understanding of marketing channel attribution to be able to discuss what impact media spend is having on the business and where potential optimizations can be made.A plus to have familiarity in Digital Media, Social Media and TV.Pricing Strategy: have an understanding of cost & pricing implications of goods & services on business margins. Be able to strategically position new items to further drive sales.Operational Communication: will work closely with Operations team leads to ensure product rollouts are communicated properly to store cast members.Stakeholder Alignment: will be responsible for interfacing and aligning with key department leads across the organization. Will work closely with C-Level Executives on business objectives and forecasts.
Key Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required5+ years of relevant or business experience requiredExperience in restaurant or retail operations strongly preferredOrganizational skills to assist in managing multiple projects and tasksAbility to multi-task, working independently and to collaborate with cross functional teamsExcellent data analysis skills with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentationCritical thinking and complex problem solvingStrong project management processes and disciplines. Must be able to handle fast paced environment.Must be detailed orientated, self-motivated, and can take initiative.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to comprehend and handle large volumes of data, and summarize key facts and conclusions in a concise and persuasive mannerTravel up to 20% expected
Physical DemandsTo perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, and carry, lift, pull, push between 1 – 25 lbs. Incumbent must use a computer, with repetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work an 8-hour shift, with some overtime. Incumbent must also be available to travel to various locations by airplane or by operating a vehicle if needed.
