Murray Resources is actively searching for an Construction Operations Assistant for a large erosion control service company. They offer a variety of SWPP (stormwater pollution prevention plan) products, services, installations and consulting to customers across Texas. This person will assist the Operations Manager in providing leadership for multiple construction projects and oversight of operations.


Operations Assistant Manager

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina 27617

Schedule: Monday-Friday – Day Shift

Pay: $45-$55k - DOE

Type: Direct Hire



  • Schedule work as directed by using Smartsheet or other means
  • Support Operation in ordering, purchasing, and delivering supplies
  • Rotate old material with new material
  • Relocate any items not in proper place or creating safety hazard
  • Place all material in its designated place
  • Review short-term and long-term inventory once a month
  • Monitor and manage inventory shortages and report immediately to upper management
  • Review task list on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of Construction experience/knowledge
  • Military and/or residential construction experience is required
  • Experience in leading a team in a yard or warehouse environment
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, etc.)
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screen upon hire
