About this position
The ‘Senior Sales Manager’ role will be responsible for user acquisition by promoting and advertising ENDALGO to all the soccer groups and enthusiasts in the Pacific region. The audience group you will focus on will consist of soccer groups, teams, and clubs throughout all age groups. You will also be responsible for partnerships with local soccer communities.
Find and create new leads (soccer clubs, teams, and groups) for customer acquisition
Use your existing soccer network in the LA area
Develop and implement strategic account plans
Prepare weekly sales reports showing on a number of acquisitions, potential leads, and areas of proposed client base expansion
Work directly with founders for the strategic planning
Monitor and Manage a high-performing sales team - Direct sales, inside sales, sales administrative assistant, etc.
Advise sales and product management regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources efficiently
Prior startup experience preferred
2+ years of Sales in the information technology industry
Superial presentation skills, Ability to deliver our story with data-backed logic
Knowledge and experience in the soccer industry (youth and/or adult)
Expert in Hubspot or Salesforce
Team management skills
