Advanced Customer Support Engineer (with 10% DevOps)

We are looking at hiring a Advanced Customer Support (with 10% DevOps) to join our 7-year old and 100% bootstrapped startup, now 100% funded by clients that include: American Airlines, ANZ Bank, eBay, GEH, Pepsi, UHC, Volvo.
Role: Your priority will be to work on any customer request (install, training, config, analytics, troubleshooting, etc) and participate to any DevOps projects.
Work location: any in the EST/PST, yet we preferred in Seattle or Los Angeles.
Compensation: Salary, Bonus, retirement plan, healthcare 100% covered, VSO.
