Manages the deployment and promotion of CBRE content, including thought leadership, research reports and social postings through multi-media, multi-channel marketing strategies.


Manage overall research deployment calendar

Partner with Product Marketing Directors to develop and execute the content strategy for CBREs business lines

Partner with PR/comms, design, research and digital teams to produce marketing collateral in support of thought leadership promotion

Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, email, social media)to drive traffic, engagement and leads.

Ensure content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone

Track research deployment metrics and use insights to inform and elevate promotion strategies

Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from business stakeholders

Manage workflow of inside and outside resources including digital/web, writers and designers


Excellent project management and communication skills

Ability to write clearly, concisely and effectively across a variety of marketing channels

Working knowledge of Google Analytics

Familiarity with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)

A minimum of four to six years of related experience; experience in commercial real estate preferred
