Car Toys is seeking a Commerical Central Support Specialist to join the Team!

The Commerical Central Support Specialist  will support the growing Car Toys merchandising team and assist in driving strategic initiatives and supporting all aspects of Merchandising in including Purchasing, Marketing, Vendor Reporting, Store communication and execution. This individual would help with various points along the product lifecycle including item set up, training and reporting on sell through for both internal and external needs.

Responsibilities

MISSION & SCOPE:
Responsible for all Commercial direct bill transactions, special orders, insurance, and fleet coordination, including central support sales goals. In addition to providing quality internal and external customer service. Specialist ensures timely monitoring and troubleshooting of special orders, open transactions, and pending jobs. Responsible for resolving customer and store issues and communicating to the appropriate stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide quotes for insurance, dealer, fleet, and internal team members.
Key direct sales to B2B customers for Commercial District Managers and stores.
Assist stores in setting up new accounts including collecting tax exempt paperwork and working with Accounts Receivable to setup accounts as well as helping to resolve past due issues.
Process Commercial special orders from existing CT vendors, including insurance parts.
Setup skus in GERS for special order parts purchased locally in the field.
Manage sell thru of all special orders parts, from existing vendors and parts purchased in the field.
Assist Insurance Claims Manager in handling overflow insurance claims or when Insurance Claims Manager is unavailable.
Process, coordinate and schedule large fleet jobs both locally and nationally.
Partner closely with Commercial District Managers, stores personnel, corporate and vendors to build effective relationships.
Interact with customers, stores, and vendors as needed to maintain positive customer experience, maximize profitability, and resolve concerns as needed.
Assist in administrative tasks as needed.

DIMENSIONS:


Qualitative: Measured by achieving core competencies & annual reviews.

Quantitative: Measured on meeting monthly sales budgets, central support KPI’s, and internal/external customer satisfaction metrics.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Work in close daily partnership with the Commercial field teams while maintaining excellent working relationships throughout the organization.

External: Work with a number of external customers and must deliver a high quality customer experience on a consistent basis.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+years B2B experience and/or call center experience in a sales-related call center.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, College Degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult customer issues while maintaining absolute professionalism with the appropriate tone and manner.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Superior written and oral communications skills.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in a changing environment and in the face of stressful situations.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office software, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of GERS POS system a plus.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write the English language.
  • This job is generally sedentary and performed in a normal office environment.
