Product Management is responsible for guiding products through the software development lifecycle including analyzing, positioning, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to both new and existing customers. They work closely with creative and talented engineers, designers, and marketers to help design and develop solutions that improve processes for investors. 


As Technical Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to advance core platform concepts by connecting the business and technical worlds. From leveraging new and existing technologies to diving deep into feedback from some of the most respected asset managers in the world, you will create buy-in for product vision across internal and external stakeholders that includes both customers and partners alike. The ideal Product Manager possesses a solid technical understanding of enterprise applications, customer-/market-oriented requirements understanding, project management expertise, and great interpersonal skills for coordination with engineering and business teams across the globe.


Responsibilities:


·      Partner with Business Development team to define and prioritize scope of new features

·      Create and maintain product roadmap based on business needs and customer feedback

·      Work closely with development and design teams to define technical and user interface requirements

·      Participate in daily standup meetings with dev and design teams

·      Prioritize product backlog according to roadmap

·      Provide clear and prioritized directions to the development team

·      Create and support product technical & support documentation

·      Help manage and share product knowledge via internal knowledge sharing efforts, release notes, internal training, and customer webinars

·      Perform market, competitor, and customer research to identify and capitalize on trends, technology and innovations

·      Analyze legal documentation, application insights data and metrics to create/influence product roadmap

·      Grow development team based on the product roadmap

·      Crete marketing materials for the products

·      Be a part of sales activities, present products on the conferences



Qualifications:


·      2-4 years in software development / quality assurance with 1-2 years of product management experience

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Math or equivalent work experience in business/accounting or technical fields

·      Proficient with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

·      Strong familiarity development of web-based solutions hosted in cloud

·      Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Product board and Sketch/Zeplin

·      Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

·      Experience with hiring and onboarding new team members

·      Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-growth environment

·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·      Ability to work with distributed team across different time zones

·      Ability to work in multi-lingual and multi-cultural environment 

·      Russian language fluency a plus
