**Sanofi Pasteur** **Biological Sales Associate** **Swiftwater, PA** **Position Description:** This position is part of the Biological Sales Associate Program. This program consists of **3 developmental phases** : in-house training, outbound sales responsibility based at our home office in Swiftwater, PA and a field externship period where the selected candidate would backfill one of our Vaccine Specialist positions anywhere in the US. The entire program lasts approximately 12 months with the ultimate goal of having the candidate earn a promotion to a permanent position as a Vaccine Specialist within our field sales force. This position requires that a candidate be willing to relocate to Swiftwater PA for the first half of their program and then be willing to relocate anywhere in the US upon completion. **Position Responsibilities:** Sell priority products via telephone in order to meet and exceed annual sales quotas by using the Account Call Model. Exceptional delivery of all core arguments and associated product messages. Consistent, excellent implementation of the Sales Action Plan. Communication, coordination with fellow representatives, and all of company management. Plan and allocate sales activities to the highest potential opportunities to drive results for both the public and private markets. Continually gain rapport with customers by utilizing professional communication skills. Routinely service and follow through with customers on product purchases and practices. Support Customer Account Management department by managing inbound call volume during times of increased demand. Support Product marketing projects within the allotted timeframes. Willingness to relocate to multiple geographies required. **Basic Qualifications:** BA/BS degree Total related experience: 0 - 2 years A Valid Driver's License with a record of a safe driving history **Preferred Qualifications/Other skills:** Biology/Immunology - working knowledge Computer skills - working knowledge Market/Product Knowledge - in depth Selling Skills - in depth knowledge Strong time management. Strong oral, written and analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to work in a team.
