Sales Recruiter / Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

Monsido has a global presence. We are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with an office in Sydney, Australia and our office in sunny San Diego, California which you will be finding top talent for.

You will be granted a LinkedIn Recruiter license and will support all functions proactively and professionally in searching for and screening of top talent.

Your main responsibilities

You will help grow and strengthen our business by finding and engaging the best passive and active candidates, primarily within sales and sales support. You are passionate about recruitment and are able to think out of the box in order to build a strong talent pipeline.


The responsibilities of a Recruiter include:

  • Identifying future hiring needs and trends
  • Designing job descriptions
  • Consistent cold outreach to exceptional candidates to actively appropriate candidates to fill open positions
  • Sourcing candidates through databases, social media and especially through LinkedIn
  • Pre-screen and interview inbound candidates
  • Conduct interviews
  • Staying abreast of employment law and new legislation
  • Creating employer branding recognition and activities
  • Ongoing improvement of candidate experiences
  • Keeping our ATS updated at all times
  • Building a pipeline of top talent for future open positions

You will refer to our COO on a daily basis, and our Head of Talent Acquisition who sits in our HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark, will be giving you ongoing advice and training on how we can optimize our recruitment strategies and best practices. 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferably 4+ years in a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition role
  • Track record of success in finding, engaging, and hiring top talent
  • Experienced sales and office personnel recruitment
  • Strong collaboration skills - we’re an international company with many different cultures
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a search tool
  • Experience working in an ATS - preferably Greenhouse
  • Effective communication, interviewing and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience


Other Qualifications

A successful Recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with the employment legislature.. A good Recruiter can assess candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge to qualify them to our job requirements.
